I firmly believe that we are different in different environments. Our tastes change, our attitudes and our behaviors. Which is precisely why I love touring gardens. I love seeing how different garden owners live, use plants, emphasize areas and create a 'sense of place'. I enjoy feeling differently in different places - its instructive.
These photos are of the garden that struck my heart. It is seamlessly connected to its place which everyone who visits can feel.

|Stunning rock with crevice plants.|
|And the hammock...|
My friend and I sat, swinging on the hammock taking in the view. The air was crisp and cool in the shade, dry and hot in the coastal sunshine.
